MX Supercross

We went to Houston this past weekend to a Supercross event. We were there all day and had a great time. It was cold!!! Maggie did so great. I couldn't have asked for her to be any better. She sat and watched the motorcycles and even had her first cotton candy. She took a little nap in her stroller for about 45 minutes while there was lots of noise around.

Nap time!

Maggie's first cotton candy!!! She loved it!

We even read books during sporting events.

Chad Reed #1

Bubba Stewart #7 -- he won

The other side of the orange was peeled. She wanted to eat it that way.

Helping Mommy Work

Yesterday I found Maggie in my office just sitting in my file box. She was acting like it was not big deal and that is where you are supposed to sit. She twirls her hair when she gets tired and she was on her way to taking a nap. I just thought these were too funny."What mess mom"

Such a reader

This is Maggie's favorite thing to do all day long!!! She would rather read than do anything else. She will bring you every book that she has and will let you read every one. This is a great thing. I hope it continues into the future.

Bumbo for big girls

This is how big girls sit in the Bumbo. It is a little hard to get out of at times but when you can't sit with your legs in the proper position you just sit sideways.

Boots and Bubbles

We went outside today to play but had to wear our boots because it was muddy. I didn't want her to get her cute shoes dirty. Then she found the bubbles and wanted to play with them. She didn't quite understand that you don't eat them -- you blow them. Anyways it was a great day to be out.

Baby Cradle

This is the baby cradle that her babysitter Jo had made for her. What a special gift. Maggie loves to get in and play like the baby herself. She will get in and rock back and forth and then tell you "night night". Her babysitter is very special and this was a very special gift that she gaver her. She found out today that the matress and pillow comes out so she likes to just throw it out.

Out with the baby === in with Maggie!!!

The Baby Sroller

Maggie got a baby stroller from Santa. We had to wait until we got home to put it together because the car was just too full. She has really loved pushing the stroller around the house. It is just so sweet. She was leaning over loving on the baby when I saw her the other day = made my heart melt.

Oh yea -- I don't have a picture of this but she has learned to blow kisses and the other night when I put her to bed she blew me a kiss. I had just laid her down and she looked at me a blew me a kiss. It made my heart melt- I had tears in my eyes when I walked out of her room. I just love this little girl more than anything in the world.
