Saturday Night Fun

Saturday night we were just looking for something to do and something to eat so we decided to go to Chuck E Cheese. Maggie always has a great time and it usually is not too expensive. She likes the slide and things that don't cost coins. Well we had some coins and Marcelo and I were playing games and Maggie was just collecting the tickets. We had to be careful to watch her because she tried to go and get other peoples tickets while they were playing. She had an eye for tickets on the floor or on the machine. We ate pizza and she did pretty good with that. But she did just want to play. So when we turned in our tickets (we found a cup full of tickets) we had quite a few. Maggie got a purse with lip glosses and one lip stick. She carried it around like a little Miss Priss.

Where is the Prize?

Maggie was looking for the prize at the bottom of the goldfish bag! I remember looking for the prize at the bottom of cereal and pouring it all out before we ate it all. I am sure that part of that was to get it before Trevor could!

Outside Fun

It was a beautiful day here today!!! Maggie enjoys being outside all the time. Just a couple of cute pics of her enjoying a pop ice at her new picnic table.

Tiago came to play

Tiago came over the other night for dinner and to play with Maggie. They have not seen each other in a few months. They are 1 month apart exactly. Tiago and is very quiet and reserved and Maggie was just showing off and being the wild child she can be. I don't think he knew what to think of her. When he got to the house all she wanted to do was kiss and hug him!!! Oh no -- please don't start that early. They had a great time together and I am glad that they were able to play together.

Fossil Rim Wildlife Safari

Last weekend we drove to Glen Rose to go to Fossil Rim and meet the animals. Marcelo and I have been to other Safari's before but never to this one. I was not sure how Maggie would do but considering she had no fear and loves animals --- I should have known. She loved every minute of this adventure. She would go back and forth between Marcelo and I to see all the animals. She fed all of them from her hand every time and even got a few fingers inside their mouths. If there was no animal in sight she would yell "Kiley" (our dog's name). All the animals were Kiley --- big or small. She had a great time and it was worth the drive to see her face.That's how close we got to the animals.

Easter Morning

So Easter morning we woke up to STORMS, RAIN and MORE STORMS. It was ok because the Easter bunny found his way to Babe and Poppy's through the storms. We got dressed and took all our pics inside before. After church Uncle T and Jo came over for lunch and more pics.

The Bunny Cake

After we dyed eggs Babe had made a cake for the girls to decorate. So we came in and got on our aprons. Uncle T and Jo cleaned off the picnic table for us to bring inside and decorate the cake. WOW that was fun --- we let them eat the icing and put on the coconut. We kept having to replace the jelly beans because they kept being eaten by Maggie or Darby. What fun we had in the kitchen with Babe.
