3 months old

William Turner is 3 months old. He is such a sweet little boy. What a great gift from God!!! He is spoiled just like his sister was and still is. Turner rolled over this weekend from front to back all by himself. I looked down and he had decided that tummy time was over! He was on his back. He weighs 14.7lbs at a dr visit the day before he was 3 months. I asked the doctor and she said that he was still in the 75%. Lately he has been having trouble with his tummy. I am not sure if it is something I ate or what but it is not very fun!!! He loves his big sister and will always follow her with his head. He loves when you call his name --- he will smile from ear to ear.

Marcelo was off work today and so we decided that we would go down to Greenville Ave and watch the St Patrick's Day parade. We used to go every year when we lived down on Greenville and we have missed the past couple of years just due to not living there and children. So I looked it up online to see what time it started and I thought it said 10:00 am. Well I like to be early to everything. I got us all up, fed and out the door by 9:15 am. We got there and got everyone in the stroller and happy. I noticed it was a little empty but thought it was just where we were standing. Well it just so happens it didn't start until 11:00 am. Well I wanted to keep out place right up front. Maggie was not so happy just sitting in the stroller and looking at the empty street. So she got pretty wiggly and wanted out. Well that was a mistake and I knew it. She wanted to walk, look at dogs, and just not be with mom and dad. So Dad followed her around for a while. Meanwhile Turner got hungry -- I had a bottle on hand and ready. After that he was not content and so I decided to get him out even though it was a little windy. Well when I pulled him out I knew we had problem. We had a blow out with white pants on. I didn't really have anywhere to take him to change him so we exposed him on Greenville. I had another outfit (short sleeves and short pants) that had some green in it so I put it on and put his sweater on over it. So the man with cotton candy came by and so we got her bribed with that and back into the stroller. Well that was a huge mess!!!

So the parade starts. Maggie wants out --- so she got her way so that we could see better. We waved our hands and got lots of beads. She of course wanted on the other side of the fence like other kids were doing so they could run out and get beads. I knew the minute Maggie got out there she would be gone!!! She would look back and wave --- hahaha I got out. So there was no way she was getting over the fence. So she tried going under. This parade seemed to last forever!!! It was lots of fun though. They even passed out Jello shots. Yea I am pretty sure it is more of an adult parade than children. All in all we had a great time but were all tired when we got home. My my how things change with 2 kiddos on hand.I think this is one of the first pics of me and the 2 kiddos. I always seem to be behind the camera.

After their long walk. She walked down the street but wouldn't walk back.

Preparing for the Egg Hunts

This past weekend while we were at Babe and Poppy's house we prepared for all the egg hunts that we will have going in a few weeks. We had been practicing at home but this was the first practice round outside. LaLa was in town so she helped hide and find eggs! Maggie is getting pretty good. I think we are ready!

The boys were not into finding eggs with us.

Do you see what I see?

We all have our thoughts about who Turner looks like. I think just like Maggie, some say like Matias or Nicholas and the other day Mom suggested Jack (her brother). So I have to have pics to put side by side so that I can really tell. Well mom sent me this picture of Jack when he was a baby (a little blurry) and he really looks a lot like him for sure. This weekend we took pics of Turner in his Easter outfit and a couple of them really looked like the baby picture of Jack for sure.

Weekend with Babe

Babe came down on Thursday to help me get ready for a Hollywood Baby trunk show this past weekend. She helped me and Sherry with the food. But we did a little shopping before --- lots of consignment shows going on this week and next. We went by mom's favorite grocery store Central Market and did a little shopping and tried a few goodies while we were there. Maggie, Turner and I went to the car so that I could feed Turner. When mom came out she had a great big sucker for Maggie. Saturday morning mom had to leave and go home because she caught some bug and just didn't feel good at all. We were glad that she got to be here for a little while but understand that home is where she needed to be. Get well soon mom!!!
Maggie and her sucker.

We played dress up with Turner.

I love his new bunny sweater!!!

Maggie loves to cook and so she had to help make the goodies for our trunk show.
