The Park

We went out to the Fair Park one day to play with the girls and these are a few of the pics that I got. THey had such a great time playing with each other. Maggie loves to play on the slide.

Animal Lover

Maggie loves to be with Lexi. She loves to put her hand in her mouth and also kiss her on the lips. She is such an animal lover. She saw Clayton's dog today and just wanted to kiss it and put her hand in its mouth. Animal lovers run in our family for sure.

Mom's Christmas Pic

These are the pics that mom used on her Christmas card this year. It was pretty crazy trying to get a picture with both girls by the tree. Since Maggie has turned one she has decided to fight back and defend herself. Mom's card turned out really cute with all four pictures on it.

Diva in Training

This is my little diva!!! She loves to put things around her neck as I have said in previous posts. I just thought these were too preciouse not to post.

So Maggie and I went to Northpark today to get her picture with Santa. It is the same Santa that she had her pic with last year. So we got there about 11:00 and had to get a number. After that we went to see Scrooge and she loved it. She laughed and clapped for him. I was just hoping that he wouldn't call on me. He talks to people in the audience and he called on the guy right beside me. Then we went to see the trains. She enjoyed that also. We shared a turkey sandwich at lunch. Next was Santa's workshop puppets. We also watched a couple of chiors sing. Finally we went and waited for Santa. She was so tired and cranky I was not sure if this was going to work or not. We saw him when he came out and she waved at him. So it was her turn and she did great. She sat there and talked to him and looked at a little toy he had. She was asleep before I could pay for pic and get out the door.

Decorating our Wrapping Paper

Well this year Maggie and I couldn't agree on the wrapping paper to use. She wanted fun paper with things on it and I wanted traditional pretty paper. So we decided to get creative and make our own. So I got brown paper and let her paint it. We had such a great time yesterday in the garage. I just let her go after it! I gave her a plate with paint and she loved it. She would look at me wanting me to say something and when I didn't she had a ball!!! I had fun watching her and chasing her. She thought it was a great game (chasing her when she would get off the paper).

Chuck E. Cheese

Friday Maggie and I went to Rockwall ( I didn't want to fight Dallas traffic and parking lots) and shopped in the morning (rain and all). We went home and took a nap, at lunch and played until daddy got home. When he did he wanted to go shopping so we all went to Rockwall again. After shopping a little while we went to Chuck E Cheese and played. Maggie loved it!!! She loved riding in the little rides, sliding on the slide and just people watching. Marcelo and I had just as much fun as she did. We probably would have gone even if we didn't have a child. We have always loved games and getting tickets. Playing the game where you hit the frogs on the head with the mallet.
