Monthly Pics

Well I have been meaning to post this for a long time and I have finally done it. When Maggie was 1 month old I decided to take her picture every month in the same outfit to see how much she changes each month. After going through these pictures it has really brought back memories. I remember how difficult it was getting her to be still and in the position that I wanted. As the months went on it was really hard to get just one or two good pics because she was always rolling over or crawling off. So these are our 1st year monthly pics. 1 Month Old

12 Months Old - one of the most difficult pics to get because she only wanted to crawl off and play or stand and jump on the bed.

Learning to feed herself

Maggie has started being very independent . She loves to feed herself and is not big on letting me help her. So tonight after dinner I decided to take a pic and show just how great she is doing at getting the food into her mouth.

Playing at the park

It was so pretty outside today --- we decided to go to the park. We went to the Community Center Park. We have not been to that park in a long time and we both had a great time. Since she had started walking and running this park is lots more fun!!

A Favorite Outfit

I wanted to try on one of my favorite outfits on Maggie today and get the perfect picture. Well it didn't happen. She had gotten a little bit more mobile and will not stay in the same place for more than 1 second. So I chased her around the house trying to get a picture of this outfit. These are the best that I could get.

1st Ponytail

Before bed tonight Maggie and her dad were playing in the bedroom and they came out and he asked me to close my eyes. They had made her a ponytail!!! She was so proud of her ponytail ! I couldn't really get a great picture because she likes to see every pic after you take it so she just kept running up to the camera. She is so cute and every day is just doing something different!! I love this little girl!!!!!

Where's Maggie???

Today Maggie and I had such a great day playing at home. This is Maggie and I playing in her room and I put her in her toy basket and covered her up. I thought it was so funny!!

Later in the day I was doing dishes and looked down and Maggie was completely in the cabinet. By the time I got the camera and got back she was on her way out. It was too cute at the time.

Going to Babe and Poppy C's House

Well this past weekend was Maggie's first weekend to go to Babe's house without me. I was very nervous about letting her go but I knew in my heart she would be fine. So I decided that we would meet in Mt. Pleasant on Friday and I would pick her up on Sunday after church. I think that I checked on her every hour or at least every 2 hours. She was having a blast every time I called. They went to a farm and saw animals, they played, went to church and played with Darby. I did really get my house cleaned (carpet included) but I really missed her lots.

This was getting into Babe's car.

She was more interested in people at McDonalds than taking pics in the parking lot.

This was when I went to pick her up on Sunday. Poppy C got to come along for the ride. We even had ice cream before we left.
