Maggie had her 4yr old Christmas program at school. Wow she looked so big up there! Mimi came with me to see her perform. They combined their program with the Kindergarten class. They Kindergarten class did a little skit and then all the 4's came down the center isle holding a present that we sent to school. They had to each walk up to the microphone and say what they were giving baby Jesus. Maggie said she was giving him a "book and a dog". Imagine that... her two favorite things. One little boy said he was giving baby Jesus a gift card! That got the audience laughing. They sat their presents down and then stood with their classes and sang songs. I was so proud of Maggie. She sang every song! They all looked so cute! I am a sucker for a class program. Miss Stevie did a great job!

Birthday Presents Galore
Wow what amazing friends and family we have! We were overloaded and over joyed at all the birthday presents that they came home with. They had a great time opening presents and playing after the party. We are very thankful to everyone who came to the party and also for all the great fun exciting gifts. Even us adults had fun with some of the presents. Turner got Hulk hands and a mask. I think everyone tried it on and played around being the Hulk. Maggie got a Wii Dance game. The competition started immediately. It was a dance off and then we started playing tennis and bowling. We had lots of fun and stayed up until wee hours playing together. Lots of fun memories were made that night. We had a great birthday party day! I am so glad La La was able to make it considering it was only 5 weeks after a full knee replacement and she came from Florida! What a special gift from a real trooper!
He was pretty excited about opening all his gifts!
Looking good Uncle T!

The Farm Party
This year we had Maggie's 5th birthday and Turner's 3rd birthday party together this year at the brand new neighborhood park. Maggie's birthday was on Thanksgiving Day and Turner's is 1 week before Christmas so it seemed like a good year to combine the party. It was a little risky having it outside on December 1 but we lucked out. It was warm and very very windy. They chose a farm theme which I thought was super cute. We invited lots of school, soccer and church friends. The food all turned out perfect. All the kids seemed to have a great time at the new park and so we didn't even attempt the craft I had planned. Besides that it was too windy! Thanks to everyone who took pictures for me! We all had a great time! Happy Birthday Maggie and Turner!
