A trip to Grapevine

This weekend while Mom was in town we took the kids to Grapevine Mills Mall to play around.  We started out at LegoLand.  It was a blast!  I was not really sure what to expect but we all had a great time for hours.  Turner got to ride his first (little) roller coaster.  We got to see how Lego's are made, ride a ride and find a princess, watch a 4D movie, sing karaoke, and ride a another little ride (Turner was about 38 inches and it was 40 inch height requirement but they let Babe on with him anyway).  We had a such a great time.  After LegoLand we went across the mall and and rode the train.  After all the fun in the mall we headed to PF Changs to meet Aunt Carolyn and Scott for dinner.  Lets just say my kids were not on their best behavior.  It had been a long day and Turner was climbing in the window, throwing toys, and slinging noodles.  Not a good first impression for Scott (sorry).  Mom took them out once and Aunt Carolyn took them out also.  After dinner we headed home and I knew they would be asleep --- not a chance.  We had a great day in Grapevine and loved getting to visit with family!!!!

This is our picture after we got off the ride.  Turner was just hanging on for dear life.  Mom and I were competing to see who could get the highest score.  Yep looks like Clancy won!

The American Airlines Center all out of Legos.  It was amazing!
